Obviously someone didnt like the plan they had going forward. They can join MULN in the race to see how many pinata's the ceo gets.

I see the MULN CEO put out a company update defining their assets and access to cash. Maybe they should take over VMC and that would give them a manufacturing facility in the Northwest U.S. as well as one in Canada(B.C.) rather than just the two they have in Tennessee. The EV market has certainly taken a significant change from a year ago i.e. reality kicks in -- as it often does.

Nothing left to say, Obviously the  demand has been  coming for months or longer . I believe this was already extended 6 months.   The  demand letter says it all.  The banks would have given months of leeway  and obviously VMC went everywhere trying to get coin.  They didnt even make the interest. I have written them a few times with questions they had to
