Good comment @cardinal as mentioned the 4.0 has novel tech that requires full FDA process. Look for clearance in 6 weeks. Look for MAJOR sales news at the same time. Look for euro sales sooner  I'm relaxed Sales coming positive Points 1=Next news V4.0 FDA,Sales,will be boom . Insiders buy on the one market for one reason, they think its going up
