RE:32 Degree capitalI agree it is strange. But it's not like there has to be anything nefarious here.

32 Degrees Capital declared a long time ago on their website that the decision had been made to wind up their fund group. As of their last website update they managed $190 million and their positions in Vertex (40 cents per share) add up to about $8 million.

That's small enough that you wouldn't expect VTX being seen as undervalued to hold up the entire fund group closure--including the sale of those 17 million VTX shares.
