Shanghai Silver and FED

Shanghai silver futures touched on 39 dollars last night. Shanghai silver around 36 dollars. Comex silver is  31.75. Expecting cautious notes from FED. Rate cuts likely delayed till the fall is my bet. The east continue to point the way for commodities.
