Westhaven Raising $1.6 Million in a Private Placement of Flow-Through Shares

04:35 PM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Westhaven Gold (WHN.V) said Tuesday it is raising $1.6 million in a private placement of flow-through shares

The company said it is placing up to seven million of the tax-advantaged shares priced at $0.23 in the financing.

The funds will be used to cover exploration costs at the company's properties in British Columbia.

Westhaven shares closed down $0.02 to $0.18 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
