Time For Woman Like Eira To Run WHN
Shaun needs to go far away from the company. And Gareth needs to go, or take a pay cut. Frankly, Eira should be CEO. These guys need to clean up. The following is from CEO boards, many share this sentiment:
@norbu Gareth is the problem, not the project. He gets $400k/year for poor performance. His salary should be lowered to a max of $100K/year and his bonus should be based on performance options, same goes with the rest of highly paid staff. Reasonable salaries please, or WhN will be forever diluting its shares. This is devolving from a stellar project to a lifestyle company! I do own shares because there is gold and the location is excellent, but we need good management. Perhaps FNV can oust Gareth (he is and will always be a party boy) and install one of their own as CEO. EIRA would be fine as CEO, so I am not biased against the entire Thomas family, and I remain a big fan of the retired Gren. There is money to be made, but NOT with GARETH. If I can accumulate enough shares, then I will attend the next GM and try to place the "remove Gareth" item on the Agenda. But the family owns many, many, more shares that I do, so a slim to none chance of this happening. Seriously pissed off here.
