Canadian exchanges

How many years has it been allowed to languish here not having material events other than the qualifying transaction back in the day?  What would be the purpose of this?  Who would benefit?

For a self confessed non-investor you seem to have a somewhat questionable interest in the Wilton legend. Answering your last question of your last post, Yes you are missing something. Visit a shrink!!!!!!
