WASHINGTON, D.C. – February 21, 2023 – Western Magnesium Corporation (WMC) (TSXV: WMG.V; Frankfurt-3WM; OTCQB: MLYF) (“Western Magnesium” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its plans for expansion and buildout of an initial 25,000 metric tonne commercial plant and a Research & Development Centre in Nevada. After careful consideration and analysis of different sites within other Western US States for the expansion, Nevada was selected as the future plant site for West Coast operations.
Our technical and corporate team have spent the last eight months planning our expansion on the West Coast. Over the next six months, after the continuous operational runs are completed, the commercial Pilot Plant will be moved from its current site and moved to a new Research & Development facility giving us the ability for expanded production of magnesium metal, and to develop new alloys and IP with the different industries we are currently in discussions with such as the automotive, aerospace, airline, eco-friendly technology companies and Defense Contractors. The new Research & Development facility will also help facilitate the buildout of the initial 25,000 metric tonne commercial plant in Nevada.

I notice the chatter is way down and almost no new accounts popping up since the HALT. I guess there isn't a pay check during HALTS. The posters mostly have one liners since the HALT, can't spend too much time on a non paying job!! I sure am enjoying the firm stock price! Should put spaces between the lines and increase the font for you Raw? It seems you have trouble understanding.

Whoever posted that management doesn't answer or return calls is making a FALSE statement. Take those posters with a grain salt as having any credible knowledge. I called management, had no difficulty at all talking to them and everything is advancing as planned. With that thought in mind lets answer your question about production of Mg. Again I point out to you this is an R+D company and past news releases by the company has shown that they have produced metal ore by the equipment. They are currently refining the method as any R+D company would. Trying to spin the question in a certain way just to make WMG look bad is a pattern of a lot of your posts where you even try to entice other posters to dig up things that imply fraud. Again unprofessional if you were indeed professional.

WMG has a set back with filing. So they lost their accountants and need a new one to complete the job. Given the time frame it couldn't be done in time. Unfortunately things happen. A perfect opportunity for the SH vultures to circle. Nothing but judging , criticising and making assumptions. Some even claim to be professional even though there is nothing professional about the conduct. It's a pathetic display of human behaviour. But what's really interesting while they are circling, an even bigger vulture is circling them. The banking vulture is about to close down their accounts, take all of their assets and put them into poverty. Banks are closing all around them, people are standing in lines trying to get their money out and they are totally oblivious to it. Divide and conquer by these vultures is the method they use and the people are divided. JP Morgan has over 60 trillion in derivatives exposure alone.
