spoke to John at Western. Explained they are counter suing against the Lawsuit

. He understands shareholders frustrations and reiterates patience is needed for the 8 month PP to close

Appartently the words " counter suit " were never used so maybe EX99 needs to be more accurate with his quotes or he maybe looking at a law suit of his own.
