Once again Executer you have no clue what you are talking about. Last week I wanted to find out for myself if this was an event we could watch or if it was held in person. I researched the event online and the only thing I came back to was the articles where Western Magnesium mentioned it. SJ Wonder if you have any insight or opinion as to why the regulator would not approve a loan guarentee to a company to fund projects critical to its success that has already been approved by a financial institution and signed a 3 year contract? What would be the goal there? To protect the company, the financial institution, the investors? Just seems strange first of all that a loan would need ...more

I can't speak facts in this case. I have no idea how the approval process is set up. Like you mentioned it was a mutually agreed to and I don't understand how IIROC and SEC could interfere. I will give an opinion though. I've heard the GEM deal was not the greatest terms. I don't know the terms but heard they didn't really like the deal. My thought is that maybe Western Mag ...more

Yes agree that the terms must have been horrendous. What do they have for collateral, income, assets...dreams. Was like you say maybe only to appear as if they could actually qualify for any loan and that they were about to make progress. I still think they are stalling. I do agree that a few weeks ago I was more positive. I've been both positive and negative at times. When I speak to contacts I get hope and it sounds like there is a clear path. Then press isn't released when I'm told and/or never released. I don't like being lied to and that's all we have been getting lately.
