Billboard Buzz: Shareholders ask CEO to go without a salary

Embattled CEO Sammi Ataya of Western Magnesium has been asked to forgo his almost $500K salary a YEAR and 18M in stock until the company has actual revenue.  WMC is a R&D company with millions and millions in salary for a small group of executives with no revenue or sales.  If the CEO really cared about the company, he would forfeit ANY compensation until this company is profitable.  If he is very confident that he has groundbreaking technology, and you are so close to up listing on the NASDAQ in 6 months, then it shouldn’t be far off before this company turns a profit right?   Then you take your inflated salary.

Lets see if you stand behind your product you tout as so exciting.

I bet you don’t!  That’s because you could care less about shareholders and only about talking for hours in a 30 min interview which was horrible watched by a total of 78 people and lining your pockets to the tune of $500K a year.  Shameful!

I know myself that I'm on a restricted income that I live less than 40,000.00 year. I took my ...more

"Having a belief and trust in anything earthly is another shame and UNETHICAL" Oh I get it now probe. If you believe what company officials say in press releases, then it is YOU (YES, YOU!!!!) who are the unethical one.  Not the ones who make those misleading promises which fail to come to fruition or anything like fruition.   I finally get it now probe. You are truly a ...more
