I acknowledge the lawsuits, after all it's one of the favourite talking points.

What is never talked about, is Western's side of said suits.
Will you or will you not acknowledge that every story has two sides ?
Do you know Western' side of these ?
No you don't, neither do I or anyone else not privy to that !
That is how the legal process works, when it comes up they will have a chance to present their side.
At the time a decision is reached, then it will become apparent who is right or wrong !
Until then, it is nothing news, full stop.

The problem is these lawsuits have been ongoing for years and the company keeps issuing shares to pay for them, can you not see that? Of course there's two sides but investors will only see one side at this point.

For example, WMG raises 250g's by issuing shares last month and they pay the exectutives and lawyers and sweet F-ALL goes into the actual company? good deal??? NO You're paying a bunch of fat cats to live high off the hog and that's about it.
