That list is for staff members not management, how do you expect a publicly traded company to move forward without releasing some of that info? You forgot to include this sentence proceding immediately proceeding it. If a staff member is unable to determine whether information is confidential, the staff member should assume the item is confidential until otherwise confirmed by Company
