My comment still stands. How do you test "continuous metal production" in a commercial park? The building owner probably doesn't want piles of raw ore and waste in the parking lot. So, money will be required to move the plant to...not Ohio...Neveda and build a facility with infrastructure. My estimate is $10M US dollars or 130M WMG happy meal coupons. Well Sherry, I would say as China has spies everywhere and are probably much smarter than the west (they have like a five thousand year head start) that they don't think this thing is worth a pinch of coon $hit. I suspect the pilot plant is not going anywhere until the lawsuits are settled. If I thought of escrow I'm sure those uniquely wired lawyers have. Ande, WMG needs to feed the lease meter, the equipment maybe confiscated by the commerical property owner unless the owner is Lee, CEO or stockprobe. Will know soon enough if another court case is added to the docket.

Jim Sever and Western were just in court again - April This case has been going on for years  He is suing for 4 million. Does Western have any money left? They can't even pay their welder or security firm - who both opened lawsuits in March 2023
