I  have been investing WMG for more than 18 years from it was MOR then NVM then now WMG.
I own more than 8 digit number of shares of this company.

I  subscribe PP early this year and so far not get the PP cert.
I email phone Ed for the update many times. He only replied once and asked me to talk to Sam.

Sam set up a phone meeting with me on 9/11 and I called three times but no one reply.
I email him and asked whats wrong for not picking up call. He not replied neither.

Then I email several times to Ed and Sam for the update. None of them reply me.
Then I email Karim for the update. He didnt reply me for the first one.
Then I sent another email to tell them if WMG cant give me PP cert, the company should refund my money or I report the RCMP for the fraund. 
Fianlly Karim reply my email tell me cert will be issued after cease trade order is removed.
Sam wrote email saying he could not tolerate I saying I will report to RCMP and felt it is a threat.
and accuse I set up a phone meeiting with him but no call. ( although I did call but no one answer. I do have skype dialing history to proof I did call).

Here is Sam's email wrote to me "As far as reporting, please do not ever think that your threats are what motivates us in any way to respond. If you feel like you would like to call the authorities, then please do so, as we would most certainly discuss your investment with them. I can also provide you with the details for our lawyers, so you can speak with them directly. I will not and never will tolerate threats to myself, the board, the management, or the staff. Frankly, after my open and frank discussion with you, my responses to you, I find your email disturbing, unjustified. However, as always, our management and staff remain open to your or any shareholders questions and dialog. Thank you."

Being in investor for more than 18 years and hold big number of shares, I just ask for update. The company think it is " disturbing unjustified" 

I put money to support the company for PP and not get document. I shouldnt ASK? is this a treat ? 
What do you guys think?

Zambala, Thank you for relating your extensive long term relationship that you have had over many years (and company names) in supporting this company. Many of us are in the same situation which can only be described as very frustrating. Your situation is espesially concerning given the amount that you invested both in time and funds. It cannot be estimated how much you have lost even if you had

Thx KDT for your detail reply. I just want everyone to know the directors we have their attitute is like this. If they never answer the phone nor email, how can the institution investor reach them?   If their attitute to the investors like this, how do you expect real investor wanna put the money in the company? Without money, this company will never succeed for sure. I have been waiting

Kind of a breath taking post zembala.  No reason to doubt you as the attitude reflected by Sammy's response is typical of the communication from the company.  We don't owe you anything and you'll be informed when we say.  Certainly it was very defensive.  And usually when you are overly defensive it's because you know your position is weak and you have nothing

Which brings us back to the main point that we are all focused on. What the hell is going on? No news from the company. No way to get any answers truthful or otherwise from the company. Any feedback shared here that supposedly comes from the company is vague and pretty much useless. (ie. Stockprobe - 'Things are happening' - other than spouting nonsensicle chapter and verse from a 2000
