Zembala

Zembala, thanks for joining the discussion.  Since you are a much bigger player than most of us, certainly me, I was wondering if you have ever been to any meetings with other large shareholders or interested potential customers?  What have they said to you regarding the last year or so as this company has devolved? If anything. Also I was wondering if you attended any of the show and tell meetings at the pilot plant and if so what was your take on the apparatus? Do things look legit to you from an on-site standpoint?  Anything you can share is appreciated.

Regarding show and tell Pilot plant tour. I did attend the 1st day morning session. Ist and only time I met Sam in person. They drove me to the Pilot plant. This was October 22? I flew in from USA Tuesday night, met Sam and Karim Wednesday morning.  Toured the plant and they drove me back to the Hotel at Vancouver Airport. I flew out Wednesday night (Red Eye). Got back to USA Thursday AM ...more

Another very valuable piece of the puzzle, thanks for posting MNF.  It's all so bizarre, isn't it?!  We went from pilot plants to mega plants, to frequent hiring of executives and consultants, including consultants to value the company, and making the metal and recent Sammy TV interviews of nothing but sunshine, to nothing happening in Ohio, to refusal to announce the result of ...more

The last phone call with Sam he told me to subscribe more PP to let the company survive. Obviously the company doesn't have too much money now. Why we don't have update? I guess nothing they can do unless one big institution put the money in. What else they can do?

Seriously dude, before you invest any more money, look over all thier official SEC/Sedar filings since you've been supporting them and review how many goals they have promised and actually delivered, there is a few of us who have laid it out in a pretty straight line on this forum but in the end it's your money. That being said it is nice to hear from someone who actually claims to have ...more

I was the 1st to tour, No, regarding "in actual operation". However, the employes were working, they were monitoring something. (Were they temps, I have no idea) If you go back and see pics from what they stated was pics in press releases of the Pilot Plant, that part was 100 % true!. I walked up the stairs to the very top and Paul was explaining everything regarding what this section ...more

Thanks for the detailed information MFN, I agree they had good intentions and a way forward initially but in the end it looks like they ran out of time and money to keep going.  Slim chance that this will come back and even slimmer chance it will be brought to any kind of commercial success.  The years and failed hopes have beaten most of us down to where we are cynical and negative ...more

KTD, maybe they thought they could raise enough money in the open market to design and build a pilot plant and do a proof of concept. And from all appearances maybe they did just that.  I'm willing to grant them that although who knows really.   They then reasoned that being able to show the process works would ignite the fires of industrial interest and it would just take off ...more

Imagine for a moment the nerve of that request...put even more of your money into this mess ...why?  To help the company survive.  Great.  Why doesn't he put more money into it?  Please correct me if I am wrong but I don't remember too many insider buys all throughout these last few years.   Not, "buy more and make yourself a fortune along with us" ...more

Two great points, Aucontraire The first thing being the amount of shares that the directors hold.  Most people here hold more shares individually, then all the directors combined. Red flag, right there The second being begging for money.  They have been canvassing existing shareholders for years, and like Zembala says they use the same line "don't you want the ...more
