Project is good but company has no money to file and can not resume trading. They can't raise more money to continue the project unless it resume trading. The solution for the company is to get loan to pay the audit and file. That's what I have heard

Do we really think the technology is real as claimed? Maybe I produce virtual Mg instead KTD.   So much lighter than hydrogen, they can't even fit it in the periodic table.  Yet stronger than virtual titanium or virtual carbon fiber.   And virtually zero raw materials cost....just salaries.... virtually unlimited production from a virtual plant.   This idea is mine... going to the patent office today.
