No argument there, energyweb. But I just read the news, I don't make it.   :)Still, there's got to be a reason Jeff (I'm assuming this latest purchase was by Jeff) is buying very small lots on the open market. He did the same thing in mid-January buying 9,000 shares in lots no bigger than 3,000 shares, priced between $1.61 and $1.72. Those shares are still under water, and
