Any real wisdom...

as to why we should be optimistic at this point.  Conspiracy theories aside,is there a rational reason why this share price should be this low other than we have all made a major mistake?  You can go back four years to people waiting for that take off point right around the corner.  I'm one of them.  I'm not throwing stones.  I'm in at least as deep as others but am now wondering if I just missed some major truth about wind economics that will prevent the mythological price surge from ever taking place.  Institutional investors get sweet heart deals to keep them from getting destroyed by dilution.  Retail investors stay stuck in the tar pit. and see their shares erode.

While originally supportive, I'm now of the opinion that the December announcement of the share buyback, with no specifics attached and a 3 month time line built in ("details will be announced some time in the first quarter) was a either a mistake, or an intentional method of bringing the share price back down.
