probably no reason for the $1.5 but it is a nice physchological number to create some upside and downside around in addition to creating board discussionsuntil the sites in development become live contributors of energy, then the terms of PPA actually start adding to the revenue stream and you will see a noticeable upswing of interest  for those not aware there is an ...more
