Per Conversations with Jeff over the years:

The market capitalization will take off when:

1.  We get power purchase agreements

2.  Transmission problems in the area are resolved

3.  We get financing

4.  Construction begins

5.  Cash flow begins

The truth is this.  Neither Jeff or Boyd or others involved with the company give a DAMN about retail investors.  We will continue to be spinned while we are being diluted to make room for sweetheart deals. Meanwhile, Jeff enjoys his $700,000 plus salary.

IF this company is truly worth $350 million dolllars, then this management team must be given the blame for a wholesale inability to build credibility and interest in the marketplace.  If it is truly worth $350 million dollars, while they may have the technical skill to put together the product, the only logical explanation is that they have underwhelmed, alienated, and/or infuriated the money that counts.

The logical retort to this rant is why don't I just sell.  Well, I foolishly put a large stake in this company when the market is low.  The general market has doubled and is probably poised for a correction.  My money has sat here like a terd, but there is no where else to go at the moment and I guess I have to maintain some kind of faith that, in the end, the valuation has to increase.  But who know, maybe we will be sitting here in a year profitable, with no market cap increase and a P/E of 7.

And why in God's name do they release this on one of the, if not THE lowest, radar day of the year.  This is an important issue.

Sorry for the rant, but this is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo  old.

Jmart, If we are heading to $3 or higher why not buy a few more at these low prices?
