Well, either way, our money is now tied up for a while, probably two months minimum. I decided to not tender the rest of my shares, so I suppose I have thrown my lot in with Jeff. All we can do now is hope for the best outcome, as it is completely out of our hands.

2 months, no way, Brookfield gets the win they got 3 days to complete the transaction to buy just like any other trade. the 10 extension goes into effect and still they have 3 days to pay for the shares once tendered it all in the original offer circular.

See you all on the otherside. I've stuck with my instints and will hold my cash and no position going into tonight. Best of luck to all who have held, sold or tendered. Awaiting the results. ~~Lunderk

I know the legalize of these things is a night mare but the same rules apply, it usually your broker who plays the games with you as they milk the cash for the easy interest payment while you scream where is my money you fraks

Like you Lunderk, I withdrew my 2.41 bid. What a game this has turned out to be. I think the collective angst here is at an all time high. GLTA.

What happens if BEP gets 50%- to the shareholders that didn't tender shares?

My guess is that they did not get the 50% but maybe came pretty close. So now, they are thinking, "Maybe we shall increase the offer to 2.75 ??".

Except 5pm is past so it would have to be a fresh offer with the full waiting period. Should here tomorrow.

Why would they increase the offer they have wnd on the ropes If they allow the initial offer to expire the price of the stock falls and they give another bid at 2.60

If Brookfield lost war the share price is going to take a big hit as the shorts pound the **** out of it, of that you can be sure. How bad is the only mystery we have to look forward to. The market has set it up for this outcome. So either get ready to buy or sigh as the news is announced.

Where are the other suitors who think 2.60 is too high?
