101 mil warrants 3.75 mil @ .42 june 16 2026 35.9mil  @ .68 Nov 28  2026 43.1mil @ 1.16 May  28 2026  These just started to trade Looks like like most of these warrants will be in the money around startup. IMO they shouldn't need to go to the market for more money

The 43 million are actually 1.00 warrants, expiring 5/16/26 (two years after closing) according to the news release. Trading well so far.

You are correct, something management has to straighten out. I got my info from the presentation pg 17.
