Yesterday, Tokens.com Corp. ( $COIN.NE $SMURF) announced that its subsidiary, Metaverse Group has made a strategic partnership with SuperWorld to invest up to $1M million in virtual real estate on the SuperWorld platform.
SuperWorld uses AR to digitally map its virtual world to reflect the surface of the Earth. Plots of land in SuperWorld are represented as NFTs that correspond to real-world space.
$COIN will invest in plots of SuperWorld including virtual duplicates of popular real-world landmark locations.
In these plots and virtual locations, upcoming creative events will be hosted by Metaverse Group and we can expect to hear more about these projects in the coming weeks.
$COIN took a 7% hit today (which I think they likely could bounce back from as announcements about their projects roll out and excitement grows) so it might be a good time to stock up on the cheap.
