Thanks.  I was surprised they even did the program in the first place.  They can put out a NR that they were doing this work and then not do it.  Who would even know or care ?

Yeah what's unfortunate is that the properties are acutually interesting. But managment is just too greasy. Heard drillers are owed too but can't confirm.
