Simple truth

None of the insiders have bought a single share in the last 12 months. If they won't spend their money knowing all the inside information then why would a investor?  Would you trust a cook that didn't eat what he cooked?  Still takes pocket change to move this company up or down. The release stating they were expecting revenue after 24 months doesn't align with this other rollout. Need something to sell to the masses and last offering of a hollow statement didn't deliver anything.

If looking at the Canadian salary averages I have been at a extremely high level since 2012, and as of recently quite a bit higher. At Andrews POSTED SALARY, (if that is what he actually is giving himself in an effort to save cash) even I would find it very difficult to be in Andrews shoes and multiply that amount by 5 let alone 40. He has put a considerable amount of his own money in since winter ...more

Andy hasn't put much in at all. Twice he lent the company money. Twice he was paid back. If I was running a company and made the kinds of statements he makes I would be all in. Cuz I'd know I was going to get real rich. It does sound however like you should be buying boatloads more.

"If they won't spend their money knowing all the inside information then why would a investor?"  And what would one say if they all lined their pockets with hundreds of thousands of dollars in shares each and the next week a major contract or form of agreement worth millions was announced? Cry foul? Insider trading accusations? The quote basically is in your own post.   ...more

That's ridiculous. Obviously there is no danger of a big contract suddenly appearing. Ralph hasn't invested a dime in shares. Your excuses and theories are getting more cray.

Stock options that are granted?  Companys sometimes require senior executives to buy and hold shares personally to ensure their personal financial objectives are aligned with the company. Entry level is typically a years salary based on share price when position began to multiple years salary for more senior executives. I personally know one VP that had to sell his house to free up funds to ...more
