Why not? You do it every day.  However, a REAL businessman worth his salt has his eye on the MARKET CAP.  Oh, and by the way. If ever there was an acquisition or merger, the chances that the valuation would be determined by the SP are near absolute zero. So, when computing the MC today, do you think the co. is undervalued, or overvalued?

Oh well, you are no longer a shareholder so what do you care? LOL

Must explain why all the institutional investors are all over this company.  How much did they raise from the last olacement?  Oversubscribed?
