The payer, shareholders?

If they can call it a start up then CRA definition is correct. How can a global leader not have employees?  It used to have multiple employees but they are no longer with the company. One person can handle every aspect of this business including cleaning the coffee mugs after a long hard day?  Start thinking as it pretty obvious what's going on.
