GP Attention grabbers

Why did I invest ? I figured out how much the company would save with going after high grade and not having to build a camp in the middle of nowhere and having the power grid next door.
GP got me with his now famous frase" Everybody goes home at night .  It was not just a nice statement. The cost savings are huge. It would not surprise me if it turns out to be between $100 and $200 an ounce. We all know Grade is king but going home is Queen. Having a 1900 feet shaft is not a bad start either. My personal oppinion is if he gets another 500k next year it is game on. We can always find more down the road. He will have enough to mine for 10 years. It would only take him 2-3 years to pay back the mill and that gives him the time and money to find another multi million ounce deposit. Call me an optimist.

Being up here in excess of 35 yrs,  That is more fact than we may know with exception that while it may appear to some, we are not in the middle of nowhere lol ....now if your building a mine any where north and east of us that's nowhere land. I will, say this much, with the advent of diamonds on the way out or better said downsizing is coming, GP will have access to all the " ...more

It is nice to have you on this board Red. living in town and willing to give us your oppinion is much apreciated.I did not mean to say Yellow knive is the middle of nowhere but where guys like GP usualy find themselves building mines require them to build a camp with all the extra cost that comes with it.  Is there anything else you can think of that could come our way? Any pitfalls? The only ...more

Believe me, No offence taken. I think our biggest pitfall is the fact that it's seems to many in the market and other places,  that it would impossible that mrimar and Newmont and others before them did not see the writing in the wall that GP  saw after David Suda brought him into this picture....it's going to be a great mining story.  70 km strike zone, 6-7 km of it ...more

With todays news lol .....the big question ....does the south look like the north ...Gerald is speaking to us...no one has tested these waters until now.

With every big succes story there are always many people that say why did I not do that.  Big companies are the same. They are run by people making decisions every day. In this case Newmont had money available but liked diffent prospects better. With the cleanup at Giant costing hundreds of millions they rather run from the area and move to greener pasters. Their loss is our gain now ...more

You did hit the nail on the head with Newmont historically and current .. also GP confessed that they are working closely with them as this work unfolds and are monitoring what we are doing. It would not surprise me that they come into this with more soon. GP knows the language they speak.  maybe Gerald raises 50 % of what he needs to do 2023 program and they top it off ....total guess on ...more

Management and deposit mean everything in exploration. You can add location to that. Most fail because there is something not 100% positive. 30% fail because the deposit is not economical. Too small, too deep, low grade or too hard to get out of the rock. 25% has lack of management skills. 40% is bad location. 5% become investable. Half of those fail to get financing. Circle back to Gold Terra and ...more

Interesting comment on others .....and looks to make sense. Clearly GP is a winner and surounding himself with same tried and tested types. He has been clear build the oz's, shareholder value and they will come especially at this location which is second to none, all things considered. just drill he said and also said it's simple based on what he see's so far ..it's all there.  ...more

The next news has to be financing. It could be a while though. We have the market against us and the stock is depressed. That is why we need to get the word out how much potential we realy have, GP already said he hated to sell shares at this price and might wait for the market to turn before he pulls the trigger. He has other options as well so it is going to be interesting. I trust him to do ...more

I lost track of what else he may have / want to report on what's drilled .... there may be something yet to come ?  Whole a slowdown could occur, we have to keep in mind he is very focused on a very small area of a huge claim. That's at Con south .... yes very small areabut likely very promising and I am having a hard time imagining him sitting and looking at it. on the other ...more
