Buy more?

Hi,

I bought a small position in this stock a few months ago.  I'm down a little.  Should I buy more?  Can someone summarize the risks with this company and what's going for it?

Lots of projects going on and the charts are all forward looking, meaning up. Accumulation started last week and I expect the next stop to be close to 16 cents as news begins to flow.I own and am holding. Not buying more, just sitting back for the ride. Current price is very good and in april a buy was suggested with tremendous upside of 10 fold. Anything under 10cents is attractive.

I am a buyer in this company. Rick Rule has often said how effective the project generator model is as a business practice. Yale is doing this well. With more joint ventures in the pipeline, enough cash to fund all committments for about 8 months, and no immediate need to dilute, you should see a noticeable rise in share price before the year is out.
