Raising $1M - Why would anybody participate in that

Zonetail is back to the market trying to raise $1m at .02.  This is after their failed PP in Janruary where they raise $200k out of $2m planned. NOBODY wants to give this company money......and ...more

No, I don't think they got anything for their money. Maybe Frontier decided upon investigation it was unpumpable

Yeah, but did you see ANY promotion between October and Janruary? And then they cancelled the contract on the FIRST DAY of hte next reporting period? BUT took $50k from zonetial for whatever " ...more

Yeah. The "cancelled " the agreement on Jan 1st 2024 - the 1st day of the NEW reporting period. The TSX made then do a subequent disclosure inorder to trade again. I guess zonetail just ...more

I think you are correct. Zonetail is not a serious company, it should not be a public company.  Good find.

Zonetail seems to only be able to raise $200k at a time. AFter they issue shares, no insiders file reports with SEDAR to increase their share holdings. So its not "insiders" keeping this ...more

If you're not management my understanding is that you need to be an accredited investor with more than a million dollars in financial assets or some similar criteria. This could be a problem here ...more
