What are your thoughts on this secured debt??

I love it ,no dilution and obviously institutions are willing to risk money now on this project .

You seem to be a veteran in this space. My concern is that the debt is secured and repayable fairly soon any chance that retail shareholders could get wiped out??

They have still diluted 10 mil shares ....plus debt interest and basically put up the asset as collateral?
Comment by DarkGreen on Jun 01, 2021 11:41am
if management didn't own a pile of shares I would be worried . Cliff is no dummy and he has always said he will make his foortune selling his shares just like we shareholders .

Thanks I hope you are right. I find it odd they had to add almost 10 mil warrants plus debentures so we had to pay in shares and debt. I hope they aren't setting up for something greasy. Maybe they figured they will be bought out by then? I just don't understand how they plan to pay it back otherwise

It is very common for warrants to be issued as a junior miner raises capital through debt financing.
