The company anticipates completing annual filings on or before Aug. 30, 2019. promising like callitas health- they speak from delay- what kind of delay?-sale from Bellingham-whatt´s the stand? vodis board members are liars since 6years-equal who are the members name.90% lost i still hold my shares-Stupid!!!

I'm down 93% with this dog, and I have found much of the information coming from VODIS over the years to be misleading, if not false. I haven't heard anythuing about the sale of the US operation, but I would be surprised if they came away without debt, let alone free capital. This appears to be an exceptionally poorly run company.
