Under the radar jewel
The conference call for earnings this morning illuminated a company that is shareholder oriented, lean, forward looking and PROFITABLE. Without question this company will have eyes on it as it would be an immediately accretive take out to a big MSO whale. Very worthwhile to comb through the financials of this one

Great quarterly results - revenues up, positive net income and it drops 4% on a green day. ???

Low float, paltry volume. That will change soon enough as visibility increases. Warrants are fire sale prices here with 2024 expiry. The balance sheet here is intriguing at minimum. PAYTIENCE

My favourite play, I have 72k of the 2023 warrants and am trying to buy more, they have a .45 exercise price and are trading at .50 right now, share price is .93 so only a .02 premium for all the extra time and they keep growing. So awesome!!

Agreed that it is a great company/takeout candidate, but your market cap info is off. The valuation is closer to $125M. https://thecse.com/en/listings/life-sciences/vext-science-inc

Indeed you are correct, market cap still only 4-5x earnings though. Profitable at that. Peers trading many multiples higher. Thesis still intact in my opinion.

Thesis is definitely still intact, VEXT is very cheap based on almost every metric including one of the lowest EV to EBITDA ratios. Just wanted to point out the correct market cap as it is easy to miscalculate with the super voting shares. Arizona is putting up really impressive numbers and it's only a matter of time until this one gets a lot more attention.
