I' m also interested ToreSweden.  Of course this will only follow a successful Private Placement and the completion of a Listing. I'm not sure but I belive there will not be any exploration until the completion of these two items since that appears to be the use stated for the Private Placment. h

The dirty give away of the Santa Fe claims to another company will  not reward in any meaningful manner to VG retail shareholders.  It WILL however greatly reward VG insiders who place themselves on the new company roster.  The is an easy way to isolate VG shareholders from the value of it.  Wasn't VG going to make tons of free cash flow from Eagle, they have all the books

Haha, so simple to see what would happen and what will happen.  VG shareholders make nothing on the Santa Fe giveaway, if it is so amazing to the market and Lahontan why wouldn't VG mainting its percent holdings in it....I have told you the crooked reason why.  Lahontan has an IR person and went to PDAC and VG doesn't and did not bother to go to PDAC?  VG drilling Santa Fe

I would hope it was possible to be frank and just send them an email to ask about the plan for santa fe. But i never got an reply from any email I sent to them, sad enough.

Response to investor emails has never been very good, but in this case you are sending your email to the wrong company.  Victoria does not own Santa Fe; it is owned by Lahontan and it is the management of Lahontan that will determine the next steps to be taken for that property.

Not only emails, VGCX's entire IR is not very good, The Sept. 30 F/S Note 7 says VGCX owns 80% of Lahontan. An  IPO is planned. Sadly VGCX is going to be given away by Orion for a fraction of value unless a professional IR team is assembled and/or the Board gets of their rearends.

There was no chance that Orion would dump their shares into the market as the price would quickly fall to single digits and Orion is not prepared to give their shares away at that price. The risk is that Orion might be willing to sell the balance of their shares at $17 or less to a takeout candidate at any time.  They were willing to part with several million shares at $17 last September and

Laughable.  You think the issues with the share price is not having a dedicated IR person ?  You have held your shares here forever.  Know that John believes in no IR person.  They are constantly promoting the stock via webcasts, etc.  FYI< the world of gold investers is well aware of Eagle and Victoria Gold.  Your stock price is where it is at because it belongs
