Will 2021 EBITDA be $4-5/share. What multiple is right?
Q1 EBITDA was $57 mill for a Q where production was 14% of the guidance midpoint. See the components on P.28 of the MD&A . Subtract out the $19 mill for unrealized gains losses on derivatives and Banyan stock gives an adjusted EBITDA of about $38 mill in the Q with the highest operating costs due to cold weather and covid..
Extrapolating the $38 mill to the planned 190k midpoint for production equates to 2021 projected EBITDA of $4.37 per share.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization. It gives a better look at cash flow than the bottom line profit number.

With this 1Q profit of 0.51, EBITDA must be quite high for this quarter!
