Mr Native and OBwon....good companies can do both.  Money sitting idle gets wasted.  You want a higher price you need to treat the shareholders properly.  Even the O & G small caps are paying dividends right now.  Share buybacks are ongoing in the cdn O & G sector but our float is too small for that.  If Raven has the goods, go for it but we can do both.  At
