So yeah, this is serious.  You, your company you hold shares in and John have to come up with a completely unexpected $74 million by Sept 15th !!!

AND.......

You better get your Sh*t together if they don't it is quite likely they will be very restricted on the mine operation or even shut down completely.

The quartz license and water permit are mmmmm, just a little bit important.

First of all, we are talking about a deposit and not about costs. Sure, there are gonna be some costs assosiated with the deposit, however, this is not a big deal.  Secondly, it was already known that there will be some more deposit reuirements. That's why the share price did not even react on those press releases.  Currently VGCX is trading below 500 mio. There will be massive free ...more

That is correct.  The company will be required to increase the value of its reclamation bond by around $74 million.   The typical cost for reclamation bonds is between 1% and 2.5% of the bond value annually.  So a premium of say 2% will cost $1.5 million per year.  That will in effect add $7.5/oz to the AISC, based on annual production of 200,000 oz.  Hardly a game ...more

So your point is maybe somewhere in the last few years they should have talked to the govt instead of ignoring them would have been a good idea with the goal of lowering the bond? Me says maybe they should do exactly as they are asked to on important safety corrections to the mine.  You think Yukon govt is going to say  " yeah, just do half of what we ask or come up with something ...more

To Your Post FYI, There was no Victoria Gold press release related to how uphappy the Yukon Govt is with the Eagle mine....what are you talking about ?  A retail investor cut and pasted a link from newspapers.  It was textbook hiding and lack of transparency by Victoria Gold Managment, they make you find out the bad news somewhere else unless they are forced to release it.
