Return CDE ?

CDE kept half of its stake in Victoria, which now only has a capitalization of 345Mus. CDE has just sold Streling for 150M, a return to Victoria would be possible for CDE who could hope with VGCX for an annual cash flow of +- 10M which it would really need?
