I personally think the Co. and it's CEO being incommunicado and M.I.A., they will just abandon the mine and walk away without notice like Yukon's Minto Mine. The Yukon Govt will be forced to clean up the disaster by enforcing the $104 million reclamation surety bonds.
There is no way Management can salvage anything since FNNND will never allow the mine to restart, the banks have all the security and there is no point in reorganizing the debts under the CCAA proceedings. It can happen overnight as people wait up with the stock halted. The stock will go to zero.
