Right you had PwC do it, what line item on the immediate 50m$ payment was it or where they just given carte blanc to do at will?

First YTG says well we didn't ask anyone to resign (CEO says I'll even stay and help), then PwC fires John McConnell. Tell us enquiring minds want to know?
