including whether exploration $$$ is be allowed within the Whitehorse district.
Other than the incredulous $$$ statements in this report I also find that the lack of progress on access roads and the berm is being blamed on daylight hours incredible. Really?
As for cash flow I guess it's an inconvenient truth that there was a lot of gold ready for processing. I don't particularly like heap leach processing but is was an engineered heap, approved by all and inspected by professionals.
And to now blame everything on VG including cash flow seems a bit extreme as a justification of the proceeedings.
This report covers a lot of ground, but one thing that is probably for sure is the $$$ this will cost Yukon and the Canadian taxpayer is not even revealed yet.
Considering that PWC reports are being paid for by YTG there should be a link provided to the Oct 1 report.
Will this be another made in The Yukon boondoggle, time will tell but for sure a lot of business are already looking at a pretty big write off on the books.
