And you give a link to project that DOES NOT have the heap pad at the top of a crazy grade.......This was my exact point.  You will not ever see a design like Eagle, if when another Heap is in the Yukon not straddling the top....lol.

Whatever Ever. LOL Wasn't talking about the slope.  But then judging by your other comments your always right, kind of strange though the remediaton pond is losing contaminated fluids, wonder where that's going and it's on level ground.
