Verlan got rid of the rigid french governmemt and of the asbestos liability un the same announcement. On top of this nuclear is a good alternative again , no barriers to sell the company

I haven't checked the actual amounts as no SEDAR filig of latest results but they will reverse ~C$70MM of provisions for asbestos liabilities by paying ~US$140 into new company carrying liability

Given that Flowserve made an offer at $13 in Feb 2023 and at that time Velan did not have the developments we have seen in the nuclear area, I think that you might not be too far off with your $20

Not sure if baked in, what could it sell for? $20? the way nuclear stuff is going even engineering firms, maybe 109% profit so far but i dont have much
