Two new Property Purchases in October:

In October 2021 they spent 2.8 million cash for these properties, and we still had 28 million at year end.  If they buy back 2 million shares at say a low numer $5.00 US that will cost them 10 million. It seems to me that they are not worried about their cash flow.

LongTerm3, I don't believe cash flow is, or has been a problem for quite some time. Some my argue that Viemed should have maybe just rented the spaces, I think it was a smart move to purchase the buildings, don't think you really go wrong these days buying commercial real estate either. Now what I am struggling with is the fact that we need more catalyst's to help drive the sp upwards ...more

I meant cash on hand. It's nice to own.  The NCIB has no-expiration date. I looked at the release. Regarding news - some companies don't like to put out releases all the time. This drives me crazy. As we just learned by year end results, it doesn't mean anything is wrong with the company.

LongTerm3, I got your meaning and as per my previous post I agree smart move to purchase. Okay I thought I heard Todd say 60 days, I have not read the press release and certainly no big deal. Hey your a smart guy, not sure if you follow qipt, I think you said in the past that you do not. So perhaps another poster that follows both companies can give an opinion. Now just humour me and I will admit ...more

Tropic wrote "Am I losing my mind? " You have no mind to lose.  You are all pumped up because the stock is just off the lows do to the financial engineerred buy back. Nothing has changed for the company to add real value.  You are excited that your lose is less, but the stock remains way off the covid high of $16.00  and now under $6.00. I have no clue why you are so ...more

Please don't call anyone stupid. You have no idea what you are talking about, and I'm not going to waste my time explaining the company to you.

Review Longterms posts and see how dumb he can be, in riding this stock all the way down from $16.00 to under $6.00.  Not too bright. He ignored all the headwinds and other reasons the stock failed. Stubborn or stupid or both ...haha The stock now has to go up 300% before it reaches old highs.  Goodluck with that.

LongTerm3, pay no attention to everyones favorite on both boards. He is angry because he had to cover his short positions. As you can see this person has nothing but name calling and insults for everyone, including you. According to B2B we are all losers, bagholders with VMD and Qipt. Rest assured he knows nothing, let him think what he wants. I laugh at his pathetic posts, you should too.

Good catch. Don't also forget the growth derived from two new properties that will be reflected on the company's top and bottom lines this year.
