Show me a stock, any stock from a microcap up to and including bluechip dividend payors that have not had a shave and in some cases a good haircut in the past 12 to 24 month's. the point is, a piece of information has been reported.  A large, value oriented holder has chosen to reduce their position.  Reasons for the action aren't given.

They never put a reason for a sale/purchase in a SC 13G/A.

What is the big deal that Cove Street sold some of their shares. They were bought the same day as the purchase of over 3 Million shares of Viemed. Cove Street may have needed the money for liquidations. Nonevent.
