TSX

My American broker tells me that on of the reasons TD Bank never did as well as it really should have is that the name "Toronto Dominion" sounds like a small provincial bank.    It hurts to say it but US investors just don't care for the TSX. 

Nor should they.   There is a taint about this small exchange that goes way back.    VMD is simply recognizing that we have little to do with the Canadian economy and no need for Canadian regulatory protection.   Time to pull on our big boy pants and just deal with things as they are.

Agreed and not to forget the listing costs that go along with the dual listing will be $$ saved and will appear on the bottom line.. I'm in favor of it.. from that perspective alone.. :-)
