Because he is recognized as one of the top executives in Canada, that's how!! Along with the board of directors, he has turned this company around. They have now put in place a mechanism where they can pay out dividends to it's shareholders. While I realize 10 cents isn't much, it's a hellva lot better than the prospects were a few years ago. Raising or lowering the dividend, with the company's preformance, will be a simple process now. As for "something stinks",..... may I suggest a shower. Lot's of soap and water, people usually avoid a person after a month or two .......have a nice day!! ......Una
