Value per share

So, given today's value of medPharma that would give us somewhere between 1.5 and 3 cents per share......which is prety much where we are now.

Maybe they have more potential than the current Managment.

Well - not sure about another year but I will wait a bit - I suspect in the fullness of time I will sell this to crystalize a capital loss - I certainly do not expect to even come close to a breakeven let alone make any money on this - sadly that ship was sunk by the management here a long time ago. It will depend on what they decide the conversion rate will be.
