Trust is earned. IMO, management has not yet earned it.  Investors whom paid for their shares are no doubt questioning if management deserves the DSU's. We are just coming off a year low SP of .035 Was the 2023 AGM zoomed? I did receive the voting proxies, read nothing about the AGM being zoomed.

I dont think management get DSU's, "DSUs are used to compensate directors of the Corporation for their annual retainers and are issued quarterly using a deemed value that is equal to the weighted average share price during that quarter." Looks like its only for director comp. Management needs to get sales launched, or send Warrant Officer in to give them a kick in the rear end post ...more

Fullerene is no cost because it's a byproduct of Rain Cage's CO2 capture process but where is the vanadium coming from at no cost?  "Voyageur is the only pharmaceutical company to have access to fullerene and vanadium at no sourcing cost because of its drug development agreement with Rain Cage."

There is a cost. In the form of profit sharing on carbon drugs. The. Vanadium, according to Aiken, comes from emissions Blair Aiken, Chairman of Rain Cage Carbon, stated – “Not only is Vanadium an expensive and difficult material to procure but has been shown to have particularly beneficial properties in MRI and X-Ray applications.
